Ralph Shivone, President of NSI, has worked for thirty years implementing the Normative Culture model in both programs he has administered, and as a consultant for other agencies. He started NSI, in 2007, with the mission to use this experience to train, consult, and manage operations in his fields of expertise: Juvenile Justice, Job Corps, Education, and Workforce Development.
