NSI: Our Mission
Normative Strategies, Inc. is proud to be affiliated with Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation in its service to assist welfare–to–work participants. NSI is dedicated to improving the strength of communities and lives of individuals by being a bridge between TANF participants and Philadelphia's employers.
NSI recruits from an employee base of over 15,000 participants in area EARN Centers. Employment Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) Centers are neighborhood-based facilities that provide case management, job placement and other services to welfare clients in transition from welfare to self sufficiency.
